The Catalan Federation of Entities against Cancer (FECEC) organizes on November 25 at the Barcelona Social Hub the second edition of “Celebrating life after cancer”, day to raise awareness and make visible the difficulties that can be found in people who overcome or make chronic cancer.
The aim of this event is to sensitize society to the difficulties and needs of people who have overcome or contracted cancer, and to offer them updated and useful information about this new stage. “Celebrate life after cancer” is mainly aimed at adults, young people and teenagers who are finishing treatment; people who have finished cancer treatment more than a year ago; and people who have chronic disease.
The day will feature dialogues with experts, panel of experiences with testimonials, workshops and live music to celebrate life after cancer.
The aim of this day is to raise society’s awareness of the difficulties and needs of people who have overcome or chronicled a cancer, and to offer them updated and useful information about this new stage. ” Celebrate Life After Cancer” is primarily aimed at adults, youth and adolescents who are completing treatment; people who have been completing cancer treatment for more than a year; and people who have chronicled the disease.
This day is open to the general public and we invite you to attend. It will take place at the Social Hub in Barcelona and you can also follow it by streaming if you cannot attend in person.
