El 2024 en Catalu\u00f1a, 1.016<\/strong> <strong>fueron diagnosticadas de esta enfermedad que afecta al sistema linf\u00e1tico del cuerpo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe <strong>Las cifras del c\u00e1ncer en Espa\u00f1a 2025<\/strong>, los linfomas son el <strong>sexto tumor m\u00e1s frecuente<\/strong> en nuestro entorno, con una estimaci\u00f3n de unos <strong>10.383 nuevos casos de linfomas no Hodgkin<\/strong> y <strong>1.732 linfomas de Hodgkin<\/strong> en Espa\u00f1a en 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p>Los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s habituales de los linfomas son el crecimiento anormal de los ganglios linf\u00e1ticos (situados en zonas como el cuello, axilas e ingles). La presencia de c\u00e9lulas linfoides en otros \u00f3rganos hace que un linfoma tambi\u00e9n pueda afectar el aparato digestivo, el bazo, el h\u00edgado, los pulmones, la m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p>Los tipos de linfomas se dividen en:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fcarreras.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/LINFOMAS-NO-HODGKIN-EN-ADULTOS-general.pdf\">Linfomas no Hodgkin<\/a><\/strong>, los m\u00e1s habituales, agresivos o indolentes, que afectan a personas de cualquier edad, siendo poco frecuentes en ni\u00f1os y m\u00e1s comunes en hombres que en mujeres;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fcarreras.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/LINFOMA-DE-HODGKIN-EN-ADULTOS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Linfomas Hodgkin<\/a><\/strong>, los m\u00e1s frecuentes, que afectan a j\u00f3venes entre 15 y 35 a\u00f1os y a adultos a partir de los 55, tanto a hombres como a mujeres, y que representan solo el 5% de los casos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Al ser un tipo de c\u00e1ncer que no tiene factores de riesgo claros, los expertos recomiendan seguir un estilo de vida saludable y consultar un especialista si se nota cualquier de los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes: aumento de los ganglios linf\u00e1ticos y que se pueden palpar, fiebre, sudoraci\u00f3n nocturna, cansancio, p\u00e9rdida injustificada de peso o picor a la piel.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>LOS NUEVOS AVANCES TERAP\u00c9UTICOS AUMENTAN LA SUPERVIVENCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la SEOM, los nuevos <strong>anticuerpos monoclonales<\/strong>, los <strong>anticuerpos conjugados<\/strong>, los <strong>anticuerpos biespec\u00edficos<\/strong>, los <strong>inhibidores de tirosina quinasa<\/strong> y la <strong>terapia celular<\/strong> (CAR-T y otros) est\u00e1n contribuyendo, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, a <strong>ampliar y mejorar el arsenal terap\u00e9utico<\/strong> en el tratamiento de los linfomas, un grupo complejo y heterog\u00e9neo de m\u00e1s de <strong>200 enfermedades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Este amplio abanico de <strong>posibilidades terap\u00e9uticas<\/strong> ha aumentado de manera progresiva la <strong>supervivencia<\/strong>, actualmente superior al <strong>75% a los cinco a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;HABLEMOS HONESTAMENTE&#8217;, LEMA DE LA LYMPHOMA COALITION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Esta jornada es iniciativa de la <a href=\"https:\/\/lymphomacoalition.org\/\"><strong>Lymphoma Coalition<\/strong><\/a>, que este a\u00f1o lleva como lema \u00abHonest Talk\u00bb.
